These packages are here to get you in the ballpark. Every job is priced to fit your needs but this gives you a starting point.
An aerial 360 sphere of your event, published to mission control, plus your own copy of the sphere and three to five aerial stills taken from different heights around the gathering. Subject to availability.
A quick aerial session, roughly 30 to 45 minutes airborne. You get a full library of finished, corrected stills — enough to choose from, not a handful. Priced for a short flight but I'm equipped for long duration event coverage too
A one-day session covering the property from the air and at ground level — exteriors, interiors, and anything else you would like to highlight. A finished, corrected still library from both, and plenty of it.
A full aerial day. A larger corrected still library, three to five social clips of 60 to 90 seconds, and one showcase edit running a minute and a half to two minutes. My starting edited video package — aerial only, so if you want ground coverage with it, that is Feature.
A one-day session, air and ground, with the corrected still library plus the social clips and the showcase edit. The complete marketing set for a property, captured in one visit.
Everything in Feature, plus a Matterport 3D tour and multiple shooting sessions to catch the property in different light. Built for inns, golf courses, event venues and premium listings.
Every package above is finished work — edited, corrected and ready to use. If you have an editor of your own and would rather have the unedited capture, I will fly the job and hand over the full folder with the junk pulled out. Quoted separately.
Portraits, pets, products, or a straight set of ground photos — all available, priced per job. Give me a shout.
Package prices assume an ordinary house and lot. Large acreage, a commercial site or anything with real complexity gets quoted on its own — call for an estimate.
A scan turns a building into a tour anyone can walk through in a browser, from anywhere. Priced by floor area — add it to any package, or book it on its own. Every tour comes with the first three months of hosting free. After that, keeping it live runs $20 a month or $120 for the year.
The three free months are usually the whole job — long enough to carry a listing from photos to closing. If it runs longer, keep it up month to month.

Scan price + $50 setup & transferPart 107 sets hard limits on visibility, ceiling and wind. I book a target day and a backup, and I would rather move a flight than hand you flat gray footage.
Everything arrives as a download link — the finished files at full resolution plus web-sized copies, yours to use however you want.
Thermal inspection is next on the list — heat loss, moisture, roofs and panels, with real temperature readings rather than false color. Certification is in progress and a Skydio X10 arrives in Q4 2026.
